Return Policy
For returns, we issue refunds for up to six months after original purchase date and issue a Poncho E-gift card for a return processed after 6 months. For exchanges, there is no time limit.
How Do I Return/Exchange?
Visit our returns portal to get a return or exchange started and to print out a free return shipping label or receive a QR code.
What you’ll need: order number and shipping zip code.

Free Gift Items
All free gifts with purchase are final sale and cannot be returned/exchanged.
Gift Exchanges
You are welcome to exchange your gift shirt or return it for store credit. You can process a gift exchange without the gift giver knowing!
